Jardin de Jade, a renowned restaurant chain in Shanghai, has opened an outlet in Macau and an outlet in Hong Kong in recent years. Located in Sun Hung Kai Centre, the Hong Kong restaurant is small but opulent, and it has received one Michelin star for the year 2012/13. The food at Jardin de Jade was not as good as the food at its sister restaurants in Shanghai, as the dishes were hit-or-miss: most of them were spectacular, but some just did not taste right at all. It was a pleasant meal overall, but there are other better and more consistent Shanghainese restaurants in Hong Kong.

蘇浙滙是上海有名的江滬菜館。現時在香港和澳門各有一家分店,而香港店在2012/13年獲得米芝蓮一星。整體而言,菜式水準有點兒參差,味道不及上海的分店。餐廳佔地不大,但店內環境優雅。我們點了一個六人套餐($2,580),再另外加了幾道小菜,飲品和甜品,大概每位$450。

(1) 先吃了冷盤。最特別的菜式之一是招牌素鮑魚,口感富有彈性 ,沾些豉油來吃跟真飽魚真的有幾分相似。

半透明的水晶肴肉彈牙又富有膠質,肉質鮮甜。

特色蘿蔔清甜爽口,而花雕醉雞帶有鮮嫩雞味和溢滿清醇酒香。

帶有溏心的黑魚子燻蛋賣相吸引,但煙燻味過重,味道普通。

(2)干燒明蝦球嫩滑彈牙,口感豐富,表層淋上微甜的醬汁非常惹味。

(3) 砂煱雲呑雞的雞湯鮮甜,雲呑皮又薄又滑,是高水準的一道菜。

(4) 我個人最喜歡的是蘇浙樟茶鴨(半隻),鴨肉厚度均勻得當,入口鬆化但一點也不油膩,外皮又薄又鬆脆。

(5) 遼參質地清爽極富彈性,紅燒肉炆得軟腍入味,滲出些油脂,十分好吃。

(6) 蒸魚帶有清甜酒香,肉質不錯。

(7) 蘇浙湯包雖然皮做得很薄,但味道一般,而且湯包好像加了豆粉!

(8) 反而生煎包做得不錯,低部煎得香脆,微微焦香,裏面的湯很夠濃。

(9) 津白煮得剛剛好,金華火腿味道香濃,和津白是最好的配搭。

(10) 吃得很飽,是時候吃甜品! 芝麻合桃糕雖然賣相普通,但有香濃的芝麻和合桃味,入口非常鬆化,令我停不了口。

香棗椰糕我也十分喜愛,質地柔軟,而且味道濃郁,十分可口。
