Restaurateur Yenn Wong just seems to open all the hippest restaurants in town. A collaboration by Yenn Wong and Chef David Lai, Fish School is a hidden gem in Sai Ying Pun which serves a selection of enticing modern dishes featuring the best local seafood.
Usually a meal at Fish School will set you back around $800 per head, but FeedMe Guru is now offering an exclusive tasting menu which only costs $595 per head for 10 courses – there is no way you can get better value at Fish School than this! You can also add drinks pairing at $375, but do so at your own peril, as it comes with not one, or two, but 10 cocktails!

I forgot the name of this cocktail, but it is rum-based, beautifully creamy, and tastes of coconuts – absolutely addictive! I end up ordering a few of these (…on a Monday night).
There is an insane amount of food on this 10-course tasting menu, so come hungry! The dishes are all wonderfully executed and taste absolutely fantastic, but if I really have to choose, my favourite would be the lobster popcorn, heirloom tomatoes with housemade ricotta, marinated raw crab and sea urchin rice, and steamed market fish rice.
