    I have read through a lot of your reviews on foodies articles and thanks for all the sharing. To understand and know the food culture is not just travel around, you have to stay in the place long enough to know their food culture. Talking about italian cuisine , I believed that a lot of people will like to market their own food products as the authentic one. Being as a professional blog writer, you should be knowledgable enough to give review on the food. For example, I saw a course in Black & White that you were introduced about which was the Calzone, I would like to give a negative comment on it is. Talking about the Pesto Sauce, it has mistaken the ingredients for making the original one from Italy. Moreover, for the pizza dough, the preparation method is totally incorrect. Lastly is the final product actually is not Calzone and is belongs to other type of food name.

    For me this kind of course is giving wrong product knowledge and which in turns a bit cheating this group of naive learners.

    By posting this comment, I am not trying to offence anyone.
