Brand: Percy & Reed (London)
Product: Quite Frankly Flawless Finishing Polish
Price: around HK$150
As with most girls in Hong Kong, I am sometimes guilty of using too many beauty products on myself. On days when I feel tired or stressed out, I like to use some nice-smelling products on myself so I can take comfort in the fact that even though my eye bags are huge, at least I smell pleasant.
I am sure I don’t need to recommend perfumes to anyone, there are lots of amazing perfumes out there and every girl probably already has a huge collection at home. What I do want to recommend, however, is the Finishing Polish by Percy & Reed. I first bought it when I was working in London and it has an attractive floral scent and doesn’t smell overly sweet. This product is worth a mention because it is literally “head-turning” – a few people have already told me that they really liked the smell of my shampoo when I put this on my hair! This finishing polish gives your hair a soft hold, which is particularly useful for curly hair, but its texture is a bit sticky and it’s not too moisturizing, so don’t use it if your hair is tangled as it will make it worse.
It is available at Harvey Nichols (Landmark) and costs around HK$150.
