Apart from the delightful beverages, the food does not disappoint. Sit back and munch on some Joselito Jamón ibérico while you sip your glass(es) of champagne! Joselito Iberico ham is regarded by some as the best Iberico ham in the world, and the ham’s beautiful flavours linger in the palate.

There is plenty of fresh seafood, such as oysters, lobsters, and Japanese sashimi, at the cold buffet counter.

There is an eggs benedict station, where the eggs benedict is freshly made before you. Remember to add some truffle Hollandaise sauce!

The grill station is completely enticing, and for the benefit of my readers, I decide to try as many meats as possible! Below are the Boston lobster with aioli, Ibérico pork ribs BBQ, Teriyaki organic chicken, Wagyu beef, and black truffle mashed potatoes.

We move on to desserts, and this tower of macarons and mini choux immediately catches my attention.

The selection of cakes, pies and desserts are simply irresistible.

We end our Sunday brunch on a high note with some tiramisu, Häagen-Dazs ice cream bar, and chocolates. What a crazy meal!
