I was born in Australia, raised in Hong Kong and educated in the UK, and have worked in London, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing. I frequently travel for work and for leisure (i.e. food!!), and my most visited cities include: New York, San Francisco, Paris, London, Rome, Athens, Sydney, Melbourne, Seoul, Osaka, Bangkok, Manila, Singapore, Taipei, Shanghai, Beijing and Chengdu. I started this blog, Steph’s 852 Diary, in 2012 when I was working in London, to keep my family and friends in Hong Kong (area code +852) posted about my foodie excursions, and I have continued writing ever since! I hope you enjoy reading my reviews as much as I enjoy writing them. Bon appétit! 🙂

Hi George! It is very hard for me to come up with my top 5 across HK, but a few of my favourite NEW restaurants are: Hanabi, Ho Lee Fook, NOM, Seasons by Olivier E. and Vasco Fine Dining! Let me know what you think about these! 🙂
